Check the fridge

Stop being the one who remembers everything.

The Fridge is one shared place for the reminders, plans, lists, bills and birthdays of the people you live your life with. Everyone gets nudged on their own phone, at their own time, and you can see when it's done.

Sound familiar?

The little things that fall through the cracks.

“Did anyone call the bank?”

Reminders with a name on them
Everyone taps Done for themselves, so you can see who did it and who’s still waiting.

“Mum, it’s 3 in the morning here.”

Alerts on each person’s own clock
"09:00" means 09:00 where they are. Quiet hours hold alerts until morning.

“The car insurance ran out last week.”

Renewals that warn you early
Set a "renew by" date once. Get a warning weeks before, then on the day.

“It’s somewhere in the group chat.”

Plans live on the calendar
Events with the time, the place and who’s going. When chat mentions a date, the app offers to make it a reminder.

“Who’s buying milk?”

One shared shopping list
Anyone adds, anyone ticks off in the shop, and everyone sees it’s been bought.

“What’s the Wi-Fi password again?”

Sticky Notes and a private vault
House info on the fridge door for everyone. Codes and documents in a vault only you open, with Face ID.

Who it's for

One app for every group you share a life with.

Make a space for each group. Each space has its own people, reminders, calendar, lists and chat, and only the people in it can see it. Switch between them from the top of any screen.

Parents in Athens, kids in Los Angeles.

Maria sets "Send us your flight details" for Eleni at 09:00 her time. It rings in LA in the morning, not at 3 a.m., and Maria sees the moment Eleni taps Done.

Remind Eleni

How it works

Tap +, say who, say when. Done.

1

Add it once

One + button for everything: a reminder, a sticky note, an event, or More for birthdays, renewals, bills, contacts and shopping.

2

Everyone gets nudged, on their own clock

An alert on their lock screen at the right local time, never in the middle of their night.

3

You see when it's done

Each person taps Done for themselves. "Cynthia done · Teresa waiting." No more chasing.

Made for people who live apart

Nobody gets pinged at 3 a.m.

Every time shows in both places, so you always know what time it is for them. Reminders follow each person's own clock and wait until their quiet hours are over.

Features

Everything that used to live on the fridge door.

Every day

T

Today

Overdue first, then today, then what’s coming. Tap any item to mark it done, snooze, edit or delete.

+

One + for everything

Reminder, Sticky Note, Event, or More for everything else, in two or three taps.

R

Reminders

For one person, several or everyone. Repeats daily, weekly or monthly. Snooze in one tap.

D

What’s for dinner

One line at the top of Today. Anyone sets it, and it clears at midnight.

Plans and dates

C

Shared calendar

Day, week and month, one colour per person. Add it to your own iPhone calendar with a private link.

B

Birthdays

Every birthday with the age they’re turning, reminded at each person’s morning time.

↻

Renewals

Insurance, passports, licences. Warnings a month, two weeks or a week ahead, or on your own date.

The household

€

Bills and subscriptions

What to pay, when, and who pays. Monthly totals for subscriptions, and overdue bills stay red.

S

Shopping lists

Several lists, shared by everyone in the space, ticked off in the shop.

N

Sticky Notes

A wall of coloured notes for the things everyone should know. Pin the important ones.

P

Contacts

Doctor, school, plumber. Call, e-mail and map buttons for everyone.

Staying in touch

✉

Group chat and private messages

A chat for each space, plus one-to-one messages only the two of you can read.

H

Who’s home

Home, Out or On my way, set by hand. No location tracking, ever.

V

Private vault

Wi-Fi, alarm codes and documents, encrypted on your phone and opened with Face ID.

↺

Recently deleted and History

Put back anything deleted in the last 30 days, and see what was done or missed.

Private by design. Not by small print.

Only your people

Each space is seen only by the people in it. Your flatmates never see your family's things, not even the space's name.

A vault only you can open

Wi-Fi and alarm codes, passport copies, house info. Encrypted on your phone and opened with Face ID. Not even we can read it.

No location tracking

Home, Out or On my way is something you tap yourself. The app never knows where anyone is.

No ads. Never sold.

No advertising, no analytics, no trackers. Your family's life isn't the product.

Who's it for?

Questions

Is it only for families?

No. Roommates, couples, siblings looking after a parent, a shared holiday house, a trip with friends. Make a space for each group you're in.

Do I download it from the App Store?

No. Open your invite link in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It opens like any other app and sends alerts to your lock screen.

Can I see it in my own calendar?

Yes. Settings gives you a private calendar link you can add to Apple Calendar or Google Calendar. Chat and messages never go into it.

What if I delete something by mistake?

Anything deleted goes to Recently deleted for 30 days, and you can put it back. History shows what was done, missed or still open.

Is it free? What about Android?

Free while we test, and there will never be ads. The test is iPhone only for now. Tell us if your group needs Android.
